USGSF members receive 10% off regardless of when they register. Workshop price does not include living and travel accommodations. Complimentary lunches, coffee and water will be provided on all days. We will be providing you with Competition Certified Russian Giri (CCRG) to practice with at the workshop. CCRG's are not included in the price of the certification. You will be able to purchase Giri at the workshop at 10% discount. And if 3+ people from one company register, each will receive 10% off of the price for certification.
USGSI Certification Requirements
Attendees taking the USGSI certification course must meet the following criteria in order to earn their diploma:
The Girevoy Sport is rich with various exercises which are classified as follows: classic (competitive), assisting, and stunt (untraditional lifts).
For this part of the certification you will concentrate on the proper technique of performing classic exercises such as Jerk, Snatch and Long Cycle.

If your goal is 21 total reps then you should Jerk about 11 reps and Snatch each hand 10 reps. Snatch counts 10+10 = 20, then divide by 2. Then just add your Jerk total (11 reps) plus your Snatch total (10 reps) = 21 total reps.
Another example, if you Jerked only 5 reps then you should snatch 32 reps (add left + right hand) and then divide it by 2 (32 / 2 = 16) which equals 16. So your final calculation would be 5 Jerks + 16 Snatches = 21 total reps.
