Dmitri Sataev, is the founder and President of USGSF (founded in 2003) and has over 30 years

(15 years in Russia and over 15 years in US) of experience as a trainer in Powerlifting, Olympic

Weightlifting,Bodybuidling, and traditional Russian Girevoy (Kettlebell) Sport. USGSF is also part

of International Federation of Girevoy Sport (IGSF). Dmitri's vast multi-disciplined experience

provides for expert coaching, training, and conditioning to his clients and students

(professional athletes and non-athletic people). Dmitri is not just an active competitor in Girevoy

Sport but also World Class GS Athlete! Dmitri matched two years on the row

best result in LC in the World in His age and weight division! Here are a few of his achievements:

MSIL (Master of Sport International Level) - Division 44-49yrs, 24kg:

Long Cycle - 85 reps on April 23, 2008 and 88reps on April 18th, 2009

Classic Jerk 140 + Snatch 175 = Total 315 reps on November 22, 2008


Dmitri's best lifts @ 198lbs of bodyweight:
Bench press - 400 lb.
Squat - 750 lb.
Deadlift - 650 lb.
Two finger deadlift - 405 lb.
Zercher lift (off the ground) - 305 lb.

Elena Sataeva, is the General Manager of California Health & Fitness Center, which is the home of

USGSF, and has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. Elena is still an active

competitor in Girevoy Sport. Here are the few of her achievements: MS (Master of Sport) -

2007 World Champion December 26, 2006 Guinness Book of World Records holder. Elena

at the age of 45 is currently the only woman in the world to attempt this feat. Feat

Performed: 1000 repetitions of the Free-Style Jerk with a 16kg kettlebell in 1 hour

14 minutes with out stopping.

Elena's best lifts:
Bench press - 130 lb.
Squat - 305 lb.
Deadlift - 282.5 lb.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

  Joe Snell, originally from Detroit, Michigan, has been training traditional martial arts for 19 years and MMA for 3 years.
Originally trained in Muay Thai, he moved on to earn a black belt in Tae Kwon Do under the International TKD Federations Grandmaster B.C. Yu.
Joe uses a variation of the Eyrythmic Method of teaching, which allows for a quick training of muscle memory.
   As the personal assiatant to Grandmaster Yu, Joe has been teaching Tae Kwon Do, Self-Defense and Childrens classes since 2000.
   As founder of his own system of martial arts, Joe brings a unique style and approach to martial arts training that includes influences from Aikido, Judo, Muay Thai, Karate, Boxing and Weapons.
   As an amateur, he holds a 22-5 record in Kickboxing and Karate/Tae Kwon Do matches.
