Introduction to GS 30 min class
Our beginning Girevoy Sport classes are 30 minutes in length and focus on the technical aspects of Classic Style (Jerk & Snatch) and Long Cycle exercises. Classes start at the top of the hour and half hour after that. Please view the schedule below. For example 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM or 8:30 AM - 9:00.AM.
